2 Responses to “Why And How Does Eating Healthy Vegetables Without Chemicals Greatly Helps Prevent Depression?”

Vegetables and fruit contain a certain type of nutrient called “phytochemicals”. These are only found in plants. Scientists are finding out new things about phytochemicals everyday. They help prevent cancer (anti-oxidants). I’m sure they help prevent depression, too.
I have been on several juice fasts. I consume only vegetable juice and a little fruit juice…. usually for about 7 days. During the fasts, I always feel very good. Colors also become more vibrant and my eyesight improves. If I’m not feeling good, I always go on one of these fasts.
I don’t think that science has really done much in this area. I do know that diet, exercise and sunshine can help prevent and cure depression. I personally believe the phytochemicals in fruits and vegetables have a lot to do with it. I live in the US, by the way.

first of all..you are eating food that has much vitamins in it so it gives you strength and your brain functions much more harmoniously without the added chemicals which greatly adds to nervousness, self conscious behaviour and thougths and greatly makes people feel tired, confused and distraught.
dont let anyone tell you different.
drink lots of water too,,as this helps flush your system of whatever toxins you get from other places.
