a broad spectrum multivitamin should cover that requirement.
however as I’m sure you are ware not eating vegetables isn’t clever, the manufactured vitamins are not the same as vitamins garnered form your normal diet so there may be some problems in replacing, rather than using vitamin pills as a propholatic.
there are certain key critical vitamins which are recognised by the EU, US and other national authorities including the UK
the UK has an additional recommendation called the dietary reference values (DRV)
the bupa reference indicates the reccommended minimums in the UK. although one thing to be aware of soem vitamins are harmful if taken in excessive quantities… more is not neccessarily better.

No vitamin supplement can compensate for not eating vegetables.
Vegetables contain fibre, roughage , anti-oxidants and other nutrients which you can’t put into a tablet.
There are many tablets such as Sanatogen A-Z, and Centrum which will give a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals. If you take them with some full fat milk, the fat will increase the absorption into you body. Your doctor can prescribe capsules such as forceval, if you need them.
Please never take any supplements other than multivits without medical advice as they can do you serious harm.

A simple multi-vite such as a Centrum would probably suffice to provide you with the water-soluble vitamins inherent in vegetables, but as far as vitamins in specific: They’re water soluble, and you’ll pee them out. Your average multi-vite has around 500% your daily allowance of vitamin C, meaning that what ever your body does not use, it will excrete, meaning orange pee. Plus you lose the other benefits of vegetables, mainly fiber, secondly flavor. I’m not a fan of constipation, personally, but with regards to the ‘vitamins’ vegetables have to offer, a Centrum will fulfill those needs, unless you have scurvy, in which case, please eat some fruits and vegetables.

‘Anyone who does not want to eat large amounts of these vegetables can achieve their effects by regularly taking DIM supplements. DIM supplements can drastically cut the chances of cancer recurrence’.
I don’t know what vitamin, but if I do not eat enough veggies I drink V8. There are many different combos available.
you can’t compensate for not eating vegetables
