    Other than the fact that most fruits are higher in sugar, the main difference is the nutrients they provide.
    You “can” eat one or the other, but for maximum benefit it is best to balance. If you are going to sick with one or the other, at least make sure to be eating a variety of colours! Each colour group provides different nutrients/minerals.

    They have different vitamins, health benefits, protein and energy levels. Try and eat a mix of them, getting all the benefits you can from the natural and healthily option available

    its best to have a balance of both
    remember 3 vegies and two fruits,
    you do not have to eat a whole apple or orange, a piece of each does the job
