What are the effects on the body of eating only fruit or eating only fruit and vegetables? Good, bad, inbetween?

Adding nuts and grains such as quinoa will make your diet complete. Don’t believe the hype about meat being the only good source of protein.
Raw fruits and veggies are EVEN better than cooked ones because once you cook them they lose some of their vital nutrients and enzymes.
Good i would think. Before humans knew how to hunt and kill animals for food, that is pretty much all we ate. But some vegetarians look pale or malnourished while some look like they’re glowing. I guess it depends on how much of a variety of fruits and vegetables you are eating
agreed with the rest of people. i wish to have mainly this for what i eat. however, i am allergic to peanuts and nuts so i can’t get protein ): so i get protein in dairy and whole grain bread.
do you know how else i can get protein besides meat? i hate it. find it so gross etc. aha. but i like chicken kinda…still find gross. eat chicken every once in a while…or else i’d be dead from no protein. aha.
but i say has it’s ups and downs, only definitely get a multi vitamin.
good for the organs
but bad for the protein defiencies so get some protein tablets
Almost no protein or carbs, therefor much less energy. Very dangerous if you play strenuous sports or work out a lot. Try lean meats or fat free cheeses, etc to add to the veggies!
If you eat nuts, your diet will be complete, because then you will have protein.
very bad for muscles because no complex carbs, protein & good fats
lack protein
