I’m vegan and I was told by a workmate that eating only fruits and vegetables causes you to become sterile (sexually not capable). This is the first time I’ve heard this. Does anyone know more about it?
I was just thinking back to the days when my parents told me that eating veg will make you grow big and strong. And I need to make my penis bigger in the next few weeks because im going to this party with a really hot chick and I’m desperate to try anything … please help???
My friend told me that if you exercise alot and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, then you’ll get a lighter period. Is that a true fact?
it seems when you eat anything that is processed , like normal food, deli sandwiches etc..that you just feel sapped of energy and feel confused and even a bit down..
but when you eat rice and vegetables, it just takes like one time to start feeling immediately better
what is the logical explanation behind this?
and why so many just eat crap at grocery and dont take this more seriously too?

What kind of food helps memorization improve?
Its during my cross country season and I want to lose some weight so I am not eating junk food or anything. Just lots of water and vegetables, but I constantly feel bloated and like my stomach is stretching out a lot. Why is that?
