If i eat only fruits and boiled vegetables everyday and skip for half an hour 5 times a week, will i be able to lose weight? How many kg can i shed in a month?
If I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, will I lose more weight?
I am going on a detox like diet where I will only eat fruits and vegetables. No meat, dairy, sugar, bread anything. The only other thing I will consume is water. My question is will I lose any weight? I plan on going on the diet for a full month minimum, if I can keep it up I’ll do it longer.
How much weight will I lose per week JUST eating fruit & vegetables
in small portions…3 times a day…plenty of water…and getting atleast 30 minutes of excercise (brisk walking/jog) per day….

To me, this sounds healthy enough, and i’m certain it would work. How can i come up with the freakin will power though??

Help! Medically, I can no longer tolerate most vegetables, which were my staples previously. Yet, I need to lose weight, also for medical reasons. Any suggestions?
so im trying to lose 20 lbs. and eat healthier. but i HATE vegetables. like even if i force myself to eat it, i gag on it. i like alot of fruits and stuff but everyone says i need veggies. i was thinking of detox, but after that, then what? or maybe drop the meats… but then i cant eat fruits all day everyday…can i?
