If i eat only fruits and boiled vegetables everyday and skip for half an hour 5 times a week, will i be able to lose weight? How many kg can i shed in a month?
I recently started eating much more raw fruits and vegetables, along with nuts and whole wheats. But I’ve noticed that I now have a lot of gas as well after eating. I’m thinking that there is a connection to the way that I am eating and the gas. Is there anything that I can do to get rid of the gas and still eat the raw food?
I’ve heard different views on this. Some believe it’s critical to wash before eating and others say it’s no big deal.

I am going on a detox like diet where I will only eat fruits and vegetables. No meat, dairy, sugar, bread anything. The only other thing I will consume is water. My question is will I lose any weight? I plan on going on the diet for a full month minimum, if I can keep it up I’ll do it longer.
Well, I guess I know this is true because my friend has never eaten any. The closest thing he eats to a vegetable is french frys. Is he going to die at like 20? He’s 16 right now.

I want my skin to be soft and oil free, l’m a guy so what I still want to have soft skin! better than having acne, my acne is kind of curing because I’m taking prescribed cremes they work wonders, but my acne will come back if I eat oily things so is it healthy to just eat fruits and vegetables? no oily things?
I’m not generally the dieting type, but I’d like to drop a couple of kilos just to keep on the safe side. I don’t really want to get too calculated about this, because I do have other things that go on in my life, but what I want to know is, assuming my activity stays the same as it is now, will my weight drop automatically by switching my diet to exclusively fruits and vegetables for a couple of weeks? Or is it possible to actually gain weight by eating exclusively fruits and vegetables? the diet I’m planning is something like whenever I’m hungry, grab a tomato, a salad, or make a fruit smoothie and fill the hunger gap with that.
