Basically i’m 15, and i;m a junkie. I don’t eat any fruit and vegetables. With that said, i don’t eat anything like pasta, noodles, chinese and all that sort of stuff. So what is a good way of easing myself into eating fruit/veg and proper food?
I try to be healthy and eat fruit and vegetables, but often I don’t eat any, I feed on fast food, beer and other tripe all day but I don’t feel or look any different – I don’t feel any worse than when I eat healthily. But maybe that is because I am still young. What is the point of eating fruit and veg ?
At a meal if you eat carbs and protien, dont eat any veggies but then after the meal you eat fruit, is it the same? I mean you need to have carbs/protien/fiber/fat in every meal right? So can we substitute fruit for veggies?
He was very sick last week with the stomach flu and ever since he got his appetite back he will not eat vegetables (he only eats green beans, peas and carrots and the frozen mixed vegetables, he has also stopped eating bananas which is the only fresh fruit he likes). Has anyone seen this with their child and did they eventually start eating their regular foods again?

I CANT STAND vegetables. I literally gag on them. But it’s becoming apparent to me that I am going to die young if I don’t start eating better. I havent tried it yet so I don’t know if it’ll be any better, but supposedly this is supposed to taste like fruit. So if it’s really a suitable substitute, this’d work for me.
Only so long as it’s REALLY all natural fruit juice though, because I have a severe food allergy to artificial fruit stuff.
