If I were to eat just fruit and vegetables, would I loose any weight?
How much weight will I lose per week JUST eating fruit & vegetables
in small portions…3 times a day…plenty of water…and getting atleast 30 minutes of excercise (brisk walking/jog) per day….
I’m 17, female, 5′9(tall), 85 kilos…
To me, this sounds healthy enough, and i’m certain it would work. How can i come up with the freakin will power though??
I’m DYING to lose a lot of weight by August 17th.
So what can i do, to REALLY stay focused on this diet?

I’m vegan and I was told by a workmate that eating only fruits and vegetables causes you to become sterile (sexually not capable). This is the first time I’ve heard this. Does anyone know more about it?
I eat on average per day 5 varied portions of Fruit, and lots of different Vegetables especially Onions (Which I could eat raw all day, if not for my wife complaining about my breath… ^_^) would you say I have the right idea? what sort of health benefits can I expect from eating this sort of diet?

My friend told me that if you exercise alot and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, then you’ll get a lighter period. Is that a true fact?
I’ve heard people say that there may be diseases if you can’t eat any fruits or vegetables. Just want to know.
They always say eat your fruits AND vegetables…but could we eat just fruit OR vegetables? Just make up for the vegetables by eating extra fruit (or vice versa for veggie fans)
