Is there anything your horse is scared of? (plastic bags, caution tape, etc.) Lots of horses spook at these kinds of things…if you hang some around your garden that might keep him out. The Big Cat Scat sounds like a good idea too.

Most of the time vegetable juice has added ingredients and sometimes may be sweetened if you check the label .However it is still as healthy , but if I were you I would instead eat the vegetables . If you dont like eating vegetables than just drink the juice instead .By the way most of the time the vegetables lose fiber .

If you gave your children some vegetables that kids these days do not like, and hate deserts which kids these days love?
Because children are rewarded deserts, and told ‘eat your veg, or no desert’ for eating their vegetables.
BUT
If you rewarded them with vegetables for eating their deserts, would they start to love vegetables, and tread deserts as more of a punishment than a reward?

Some produce stores carry a mixture that deters cats and dogs, maybe it will work on rabbits and squirrels also.

The neighbor kids… who happen to be Hispanic and don’t speak a word of the King’s English… keep getting into my vegetable garden on my apartment patio and eating them. I was going to fry them up for fajitas this weekend for my girlfriend who is coming from out of town to visit.
