What Are The Benefits Of Eating Fruits And Vegetables Over V8′s?

I need to work on changing my eating habits. I don’t eat enough fruits and I hardly eat vegetables each day and I’m wondering if drinking low sodium V8′s on a daily basis can make a difference. I know eating fruits and vegetables is the best way to go, but I’m wondering if I’m wasting my time and money on the V8′s.
Are there any nutritional experts out there can help me with this?!!
