    Hi !
A person can eat too much of anything and make themselves sick.
Make sure that you are drinking water as well. Broccoli acts like a sponge to water. If you alternate between eating a piece of broccoli and drinking some water, you will feel full.

No, vegetables are very healthy and since ur still hungry, i suggest you eat slower, and enjoy the food, and if ur still hungry, have a glass of milk, that fills me up=) Eating slowly helps a sure lot. Also, here is a fact, it takes 20 minutes until u know your hungry. So, if u need help loosing weight, i believe it’s true that if u eat small 5 meals that it helps u loose weight. Drinking lots of water helps 2=)

Eating lots of vegetables are good for you. But I would eat them at different times during the day for your dinner & supper & maybe have a little snack later on . But I wouldn’t eat to much in one meal. 2 helpings are enough. But you should drink milk, at least 6-8 ounces of Cold water a day. Or even have a couple of 8 oz glasses of ice tea even! Then minus your plain water intake to 4 glasses a day. ok? But your system does need water!
    GOOD LUCK!

I suppose its possible to eat to much of anything if you don’t know when to quit. I never eat till I’m full anyway, you don’t need to and its better if you don’t, especially if you are on a diet anyway.

I don’t think alot of vegetables are a bad thing. There may be some gastric issues from your current choice, though. You can eat beans, nuts, tofu for protein choices. That should help with the hunger.

Unless you ate 35 huge stalks of celery (idk how many 10s of servings there are in there) you wont gain weight.

Broc contains vitamin k which helps clot your blood, too much of it may lead to blood clots. Too much of anything is never a good idea.
