		<description>Probably because you have to heat them, and since it it summer you want cold foods? Maybe try a cold salad or potato salad or a smoothie with fruit mixed with veggies (fruit hides the veggies).

		<description>i find pickled beetroot delicious and its extremly healthy for you. also im not sure if its a vegatable..well i dont think it is but a few slices of ginger stewed in boiling water and then with a spoonful of honey is a really nice healthy drink. carrots and philidalphia is a nice snack too.</description>

Try this recipe.
Grilled Asparagus
Preheat your oven to 425 deg.  Rinse asparagus and snap off the tough ends.  Place the asparagus on a foil lined cookie sheet in a single layer.  Drizzle a very small amount of olive oil over the asparagus and roll them around to coat.  Sprinkle with salt (kosher is the best for almost all cooking).  Bake for 8 minutes.</description>

Its best to steam them rather than boil them - just thought of that - because boiling them takes all the goodness out of them and reduces it to mush.
Ok - tasty veg. Broccoli, green beans, sugar snap peas, carrots, new potatoes with mint sauce (yummy), peppers are nice - try making pasta with sugar snap peas, tuna and peppers, thats yummy.
Its also good to chop up some mixed raw veg into tiny bits and keep it in a bowl so you can snack on it.</description>
