It is completely psychological unless she is allergic or something, this can be tested with blood tests.
I was round a friends house once and i detested the smell/look and taste of Brocolli but they suddenly dumped the biggest branch on my plate, it was the freshest greenest and best looking i've ever seen. I gave it a try and loved it, from now on, i love it and always eat it when it is offered.
Maybe the best way would be to offer it to her in the best way possible. It also may grow on her overtime. Just keep offering it to her, on children, it shown that if they have a choice then they wont eat it and begin to dislike it. But if there is no option, they they wont 'get a chance' to dislike it.
I hope this helps

Not an eating disorder but more like a likes disorder. She doesn't like them. Not good for healthy but not impossible to manage. Does she like meat? Watch those breads. White bread is like glue in the stomach and just clogs up everything. It can be a texture issue. Some people cannot stand certain textures and that can be an eating disorder.
