		<description>of course !   beer has vitamin bs  - chips have fats and oils
for example- pies and pasties have all manner of good vitamins and minerals-dont listen to the crap experts and governments tell you !!!!!!
 my diet is poor according to the so called   &#039;experts&#039;   im 51 and been to the docs twice in my life- the key is to enjoy life and laugh and keep relaxed !!
HA !   so  ferk you so called nutricionists and experts !!!!
I drink too much and have been married 30 years- !!!</description>

Sounds like you all are fairly young, right?  Oh, it will catch up with him.  He probably doesn&#039;t go to the bathroom (you know what I mean) everyday.  If you don&#039;t go everyday, you&#039;ll probably get colon cancer before you&#039;re 50.  You&#039;ll probably have diverticulosis, maybe Crohn&#039;s disease....there are ALL kinds of terrible bowel diseases that not eating vegetables (then not having bowel movements) can contribute to (just look them up).  
Ask him if he wants to spend the rest of his life having to wear a BAG to poop into.....?  Just eating meat, dairy, bread, etc.......it will sit in his colon.........just sit there and become an obstruction.........have surgeries..........</description>
