I loathe almost all vegetables. I don’t mind eating fruit but hate vegetables. I refuse to eat something that I do not like. I literally almost gag just trying to eat a vegetable. I have been drinking this veggie powder that has just as much anti-oxidants, vitamins, etc as the real thing. Is it really any better to eat vegetables? There is simply no way I can eat veggies.

If there is no way to eat them I guess it’s better than nothing but I think by eating veggies you also eat less junk and high fat foods like meat etc.
I think trying to add maybe an onion to your pasta sauce, then maybe a stick of celery and cook it well so it’s soft… I think you should be able to train yourself to eat the veggies themselves a little more. When you get used to them it’s much better, and it’s all about re-adapting
I used to be a vegephobe too – I never had bought them from a shop until the age of maybe 20 and I left home at 18! But now I eat loads. All the time. Sometimes I miss my old ways but know the veggies are the way to go to cut the cancer risks and make my digestive system work it’s optimum.
Veggie powder is not as good as eating vegetables. Some of the processing that is done when making the powder decreases the level of nutrients that you get from eating vegetables.
Then you might want to see if you can drink a veggie drink, as in you take a blender, throw in some veggies and mix them.
Drink V8. They have the V8 fusion that has fruit and veggies, but you can’t taste the veggies because the fruit over powers it. It’s really good. You should try it.
