If You Hate Vegetables, Then Is Eating Just Fruit Enough To Meet Daily Nutritional Requirements?

They always say eat your fruits AND vegetables…but could we eat just fruit OR vegetables? Just make up for the vegetables by eating extra fruit (or vice versa for veggie fans)

    No some fruits are really high in sugar and lack vitamins that only vegetables have
