In an oventray put in  6 tomatoes (quartered) 2 sliced Courgettes, 1 sliced Red, Green and Yellow Pepper, 2 sliced onions and an  roughly diced aubergine.  Sprinkle over 2 chopped garlic cloves and a good &quot;glug&quot; of very good olive oil.  Roast on 180 degrees, for about 45 mins, turning occasionally.  
Great as a side dish, in a wrap,  or put inside a warm pitta bread!

		<description>Get a load of them - Carrots - Squash - sweet potatoes, onions, mushrooms. Then get a bowl put a fair amount of olive oil, dried mixed herbs, a pich of salt, some pepper in it - coat your veggies in this whack them on a roasting tin - in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 mins and there you have it - Veggie chips but much better for you - and really tasty</description>

		<description>You could try blending or grating them into your other dishes.  Sauces, soups, gravies.
For instance if you finely grate carrots you can add them to your cakes, cookies, muffins etc. without any carrot taste.</description>

		<description>I recommend grilling them, or using olive oil and spices to help mask the taste of them, with great flavor from the oil and spices.  i also would try cooking meals, where they are not separated out from the rest of the meal.  Like, add it to the main ingredient.  Like steak with a mushroom sauce.  Or do things that you like, Taco&#039;s for instances, you have tomatoes, lettuce, olives, or whatever else you want.  Also, just eat salads and add what you want.  Where does it say that you have to eat every different kind of veggie out there...Eat the ones that you like!</description>
