You could make soups so you liquidise the veg and not notice them as much, or you could make meals like lasagne, sheppards pie, etc and add more vegetables into them.

You can juice them and mix them with fruit juice to drink.
    Try blending these together:
    Carrots and Oranges and/or Lemons
Carrots, Celery and Oranges and/or Lemons (my favourite)
Carrots, Tomatoes and Oranges and/or Lemons
    Celery and Oranges and/or Lemons
Celery, Tomatoes and Oranges and/or Lemons
Wheat Grass and Oranges and/or Lemons
Wheat Grass, Celery and Oranges and/or Lemons
Alfalfa Sprouts, Celery and Oranges and/or Lemons
You can also add Lettuce, Broccoli, Cucumbers, Spinach (must be cooked first), Spring Onions, Mint Leaves, Basil Leaves, Parsley, Limes, Apples, Grapes, Pineapple, Melons, Mangoes, Strawberries, etc.
You can add a teaspoon of honey or brown sugar, if it’s not sweet enough for you.

find the ones you do like and you wont have to hide them. Failing that take vitamin supplements

Mash swede and /or carrots with your potatoes, especially good over a Shepherds pie. Make a basic tomato sauce with onions, garlic and herbs and add veggies like peppers, aubergine and courgette and serve with your meat or throw in some pasta for a one pot meal.

Get a juicer and make vegetable juice but mix it with apple juice. A healthy way to get your five veg a day.

I use lots of ways to get extra veggies in my diet, maybe it will help you.
If making Tuna or Chicken Salad instead of just the celery & onion, I’ll add a bit of red bell pepper(chopped fine) With homemade Chili I add extra red bell peppers, they add no heat but have extra nutrition. Be suble added veggies do not have to be a huge chunk of Broccoli. I make salads with lots of veggies added to romaine lettuce(much better for you than iceberg) I like dips like hummus but instead of pitas for dipping I use raw veggies, Baby carrots, celery, again red bell peppers.
I hope this is some help.

I am not big on eating vegetables but I actually like vegetables when they are grilled. Try using garlic butter or Italian dressing and put on sliced zucchini or yellow squash on the grill .You can also try to skewer some vegetables such as peppers or onions and tomatoes and marinate them on the grill

Go for the kill, have strips of raw vegetables in your fridge , alongside your favourite dips and when peckish have a dip…….

Grate them into your meals so you dont get the texture.

Try preparing them the way you like some of your other foods prepared. I like to bbq my veggies with a light marinade for example. I then put them on my burgers, as sanwich toppings, or just as a side dish.
Lemon pepper salt can do the trick too.

    Stews, casseroles, curry
I disguised them by mashing them with the potatoe and gravy, for my children when they were little.

Make more foods that need vegetables like vegetable soup, stew, shepards pie, grate vegetable into dishes to add volume, use lettuce/ onions/ peppers in sandwiches.

I recommend grilling them, or using olive oil and spices to help mask the taste of them, with great flavor from the oil and spices. i also would try cooking meals, where they are not separated out from the rest of the meal. Like, add it to the main ingredient. Like steak with a mushroom sauce. Or do things that you like, Taco’s for instances, you have tomatoes, lettuce, olives, or whatever else you want. Also, just eat salads and add what you want. Where does it say that you have to eat every different kind of veggie out there…Eat the ones that you like!

You could try blending or grating them into your other dishes. Sauces, soups, gravies.
For instance if you finely grate carrots you can add them to your cakes, cookies, muffins etc. without any carrot taste.

Get a load of them – Carrots – Squash – sweet potatoes, onions, mushrooms. Then get a bowl put a fair amount of olive oil, dried mixed herbs, a pich of salt, some pepper in it – coat your veggies in this whack them on a roasting tin – in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 mins and there you have it – Veggie chips but much better for you – and really tasty

    Roast them!
In an oventray put in 6 tomatoes (quartered) 2 sliced Courgettes, 1 sliced Red, Green and Yellow Pepper, 2 sliced onions and an roughly diced aubergine. Sprinkle over 2 chopped garlic cloves and a good “glug” of very good olive oil. Roast on 180 degrees, for about 45 mins, turning occasionally.
Great as a side dish, in a wrap, or put inside a warm pitta bread!
    YUM YUM YUM!
