Not likely. You need the whole grains and good sources of protein and healthy oils in your diet, too. Eating only fruits and vegetables will likely leave you tired, a little malnourished, and give you gas (which can make your stomach bloat).
Are you wanting to vegan? vegetarian? lose weight?
If you are trying to lose weight or be healthy, google the “cave man diet” – it focuses on non-processed foods, no cheese, stuff like that.
Also take a good supplement, multivitamin and calcium, if you are going on a diet.
    Good luck.

If your a teen, wait til your 18. You need calcium for your bones, protein for energy (eggs/meat), veggies/fruits, water.
I always take a daily multivitamin, not even a vegan.
PS your body might go into starvation mode and keep the weight on. Quit drinking pop and see if some weight disappears.
Aslo ask in Womens health and any diet and fitness section under health. Good to get many answers before final decision.
Vegan every other day, sounds just as good too. Choose chicken over beef. choose turkey over chicken meat.

Fruit and veg are good for you but ALL food in EXCESS will add the weight on ! Better to eat just smaller amounts of a varied diet so that you get all the nutrients OR take a multi vitamin tablet and turn vegetarian!Lack of iron in your diet will make you tired and irritable which will not aid you to lose weight(when your’e tired you secumb to food more easily)This in turn will lead you to YO YO diet…..my advice would be to cut down your regular portions and cut out any junk food you may be eating.

You cannot subsist on vegetables and fruits alone. You will not be getting enough protein. Add boiled chicken, then chances are you might survive. Still you may not be getting enough carbohydrate. So add bread or rice or pasta. Then you will have a healthy diet. Wish you good luck.

As a vegetarian it is extremely important that you eat the right kinds of fruits and vegetables each day to get al of the essential nutrients. Make sure you continue to eat a variety of food such as grainy breads, soy milk with added calcium (or dairy if you prefer) and heaps of greens and legumes. Spinach is probably the best source of iron while eggs are great for protein. Do your research online to find out how much of your reccommended intake of nutrients is in different foods that you eat and carefully plan each meal to include these. Make sure you take a multi-V every morning with a full glass of water (anything else defeats the purpose) and for weight loss stay away from pasta but feel free to indulge in basmati or doongara rice (not too much at a time). There are alot of soy products that have been developed to taste like meat so you don’t have to completely miss out. Most of all, make sure you eat small portions regularly to keep your metabolism strong and your hunger at bay!
