		<description>yeah i would put in some other vitamins and minerals just in case. it cant be too dangerous bc there are a lot of vegetarians out there...but meat have good vitamins. eat some every once in awhile. veggies are the bomb too!</description>

		<description>veggies are good for you.  the only danger would be eating to much fiber at one time.  fiber moves water to your bowels.  you could become dehydrated after a few week.  there are plenty of veggies that have protein, like tofu and garbanzo been.</description>
