i can go through days and days without eating carbs or other then vegetables. i eat cooked vege’s… stemed… sataeud with olive oil, lentle soup, vege soup’s.. i simply love vegetables. now my question is.. is it dangerous??

    you need nutrients found in other foods to survive. you’ll become malnutritioned if you only eat veggies. so yeah, it’s dangerous. add in some chicken and fruits and carbs.

    yes it is! You need protein and other key nutrients not found in veggies…you should follow a vegetarian diet and include legumes, fruit, etc. into your diet

    you can still eat veggies.
    Don’t worry about that.
    just add a few other things into your diet such as meat, fruit, carbs and things like that.

    veggies are good for you. the only danger would be eating to much fiber at one time. fiber moves water to your bowels. you could become dehydrated after a few week. there are plenty of veggies that have protein, like tofu and garbanzo been.

    yeah i would put in some other vitamins and minerals just in case. it cant be too dangerous bc there are a lot of vegetarians out there…but meat have good vitamins. eat some every once in awhile. veggies are the bomb too!

    I wouldn’t say dangerous, just make sure that you are taking in enought protien.
