    If you start eating vegetables and fruits, and stop eating hamburgers and american food. Stop eating junk food. Try using as less as possible of sugar and salt. That helps. Work out and take care of yourself, you’ll look beautiful then, just don’t forget, It will take a few months, but you will start loosing weight fast. good luck :)
