Tomatoes have lycopene, but you get that from ketchup too, so it doesn&#039;t really matter.
Overall vegetables have all the vitamins and minerals that your looking for. Each vitamin has a good-for-thing. Some for your skin, some for your hair etc. There&#039;ll be tables online you can look at. Overall everything will improve and your cholestrol will come down. You might not see brilliantly flowwing hair immediately, but everything is good in the long run.
Vegetables do have more fibre, so thats good for ...uhhh. getting rid of toxins :)
find the table and look at that.
they sometimes are on kellogs boxes and stuff haha.
