I recently began eating brocolli, tomatoes, beets, bananas and watermelon nearly every day. Before this time, I wasn’t eating HORRIBLY, but usually no vegetables or fruits. My BP is good, 120 / 80 last time i got it checked and exercise regularly.
What are some physical changes I can expect from eating these fruits and vegetables? Ie. Healthier skin or shiny hair (just making stuff up here lol).
Any personal experiences?

One Response to “How Will Eating These Vegetables Help?”

Watermelon might help you shed a few pounds. Its pretty much just made up of water. So its filling without being unhealthy.
Tomatoes have lycopene, but you get that from ketchup too, so it doesn’t really matter.
Overall vegetables have all the vitamins and minerals that your looking for. Each vitamin has a good-for-thing. Some for your skin, some for your hair etc. There’ll be tables online you can look at. Overall everything will improve and your cholestrol will come down. You might not see brilliantly flowwing hair immediately, but everything is good in the long run.
Vegetables do have more fibre, so thats good for …uhhh. getting rid of toxins :)
find the table and look at that.
they sometimes are on kellogs boxes and stuff haha.
Each vitamin and what it does (good for the eyes, good for circulation etc)
    goodluck
