Start SMALL. And get yourself a good cookbook that has many interesting recipes for vegetables. Seasonings can make them easier to eat, and so can cooking them yourself--with different results. The more you find you can do with them, and the more you TRY, the more you will eat. You don't have to eat all of them--or any more than you can do in one serving--so buy frozen bags of them and use only what you need for one serving. Experiment with tastes--find out what the vegetable tastes like BEFORE you season it, or cook it.
Do it a little at a time--and stick with one you like until you get used to eating it.
You can also puree them or juice them--and drink them rather than eating them. You will still get the benefits of eating the vegetables in their raw state, but you won't have to chew and swallow! Grind them up in a blender, or buy baby food vegetables and eat a spoonful each time until you get used to the tastes.
Eventually as your tastes expand, so will your ability to eat them. Just take it VERY SLOWLY.

Start off with vitamins and they will give you your essential vitamins and might enhance your ability to eat vegetables because they somewhat increase appetite.

I love vegetables. I can not imagine your not learning to eat them when you were little. What are you eating now?? The best vegetable (I think) is beets. They are sweet. I love green beans too and broccoli ( I don't eat the stems0 if they are hard. Buy the best quality because they taste better. You will learn to love them if not keep trying. Good luck

Vegetables are my favorite foods and you def need them in your diet. Since you hate them, you need to acquire a taste for them by just eating them a lot. Don't eat them plain, put ranch or cheese sauce on them. If they're steamed, put lots of butter and salt on them. Anything to mask or improve the flavor. V-8 juice and vegetable soups are also a good idea.
