		<description>Either slack off and get deep fried veggies or just eat healthier... its not hard.. try throwing some veggies on pizza or get Chinese food that is vegi based and fruit is the same just throw it on a salad or use it to substitute fries at some restaurants.  Fruit can also be put in cakes and things which isn&#039;t very healthy but it beats eating a cake with no nutritional value.. also not eating too much white bread it good for you... in my school i see a lot of people eating white bread when wheat and whole grain breads taste just as good...</description>
