Basically i’m 15, and i;m a junkie. I don’t eat any fruit and vegetables. With that said, i don’t eat anything like pasta, noodles, chinese and all that sort of stuff. I am in a way, afraid of experimenting and eating stuff that i have hardly ever touched in my life. The only veg i will eat is potato!
So what is a good way of easing myself into eating fruit/veg and proper food?

Either slack off and get deep fried veggies or just eat healthier… its not hard.. try throwing some veggies on pizza or get Chinese food that is vegi based and fruit is the same just throw it on a salad or use it to substitute fries at some restaurants. Fruit can also be put in cakes and things which isn’t very healthy but it beats eating a cake with no nutritional value.. also not eating too much white bread it good for you… in my school i see a lot of people eating white bread when wheat and whole grain breads taste just as good…

    You’re aware of it.
That is enough to get the ball rolling.
But ideas of good ways to start: salsa (I like natural mango salsa), smoothies (you can start with a small one), and pizza that has extra marinara or that has peppers and onions on it

For fruits start with apples, banana’s and oranges.
For veggies, try carrots with ranch and corn most people like corn on the cob. Also try having just a plain green salad with your favorite dressing.

Eat an apple or banana Or better fruit salad you have a mix of 4-5 fruit and you can see which one you like best. It’s nothing wrong with string bean collie green, spinach, when prepared proply
