How Does Not Eating Fruits And Vegetables Effect Me?
I don’t eat any fruits, and 2 vegetables (corn and potatoes). Will this effect how long I live. I take fiber pills for the fiber I’m missing. But beyond that I’m not very healthy. How will this effect me in the long run?

You are missing out on a plethora of essential vitamins and nutrients that you need to live a healthy life. It’s hard to say how it could affect you in the long run, because different unhealthy lifestyles all have different results, all of them negative. The benefits of choosing to eat well are endless, and one of these benefits is living a longer life.
Fruits and vegetables have loads of nutrients – vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, etc. that your body needs. They are whole foods that have not been stripped of their nutritional good qualities like most of the processed foods that most people eat or the typical white starch/white flour foods. I would suggest reading “Eat to Live” or the “The China Study”. Study after study has linked poor nutrition to an increase in all the bad medical problems that are on the rise – obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc. If you really hate eating fruits and vegetables, consider juicing.
it will affect you because when you have sugars in carbohydrate’s (bread’s) and fatty foods its’ harder to break it down then the sugar gets stuck in your body and then you get diabetes
You’re variety of vitamins and minerals suffers, and fruit has a lot of antioxidants. I suggest eating more fruit.
it will make u live a shorter life and you’ll end up looking like rosie o donnell. do the right thing. eat ur fruit and veggies! and exercise!!!
