I am a healthy eater but find eating vegetables just start me burping, swollen tummy and gassing- help please anyone?

    Try eating more cooked vegetables and fewer raw ones. Avoid broccoli and cauliflower while upping your intake of digestion-friendly veggies like fennel. Chew each bite at least eight times!
