How Can I Learn To Like Eating Vegetables?

I tend to eat a lot of carbs and junk food because almost all kinds of vegetables taste really bitter or very strange to me. I want to eat healthier, which I know means eating mostly vegetables, so how can I learn to like them?

Most people who don’t like veggies have a problem because they aren’t cooked properly. Try eating them raw or blanching them- boil water, dump in the veggies and cook them JUST until they turn a brighter color then take them out (with a slotted spoon). They will be sweeter without getting an off flavor and will be a much nicer texture. Try adding them into things that you like to eat and in soups.
