How Can I Ease Into Eating Vegetables?
I’m 15, but I never eat vegetables. I mean NEVER. I know I need to start eating healthier so is there anyway to convince myself to start eating them, even I pretty much hate them?

30 days ago I started eating better. I never ate vegetables. Finally I realized it was all mental. I just did it. I almost threw up the first week but now I don’t think about it.
I HATE vegetables too. I get my “daily 5″ from juice. I’m not talking about carrot or tomato juice but the V8 Vfusion juice is sweet plus you get your fruits in as well.
Also try different ways of preparing your veggies. Try some frozen, some refridgerated, cooked… just experiment. Try different dressings to dip in.
You like ketchup don’t you? Just start off slow and slowly add more to it. There’s no way any one can eat veggies by themselves all the time, add veggies to things you normally eat. Like for Lunch today, I had a sandwich and I added a lot of veggies on. Just start out small and you’ll eventually like it.
Well raw veggies don’t taste really good sometimes so, you should steam them and the I put salt or cinnamon. And get broccoli and put cheese on it ( Low fat cheese.)
Start with small amounts.
