To me, this sounds healthy enough, and i’m certain it would work. How can i come up with the freakin will power though??
I’m DYING to lose a lot of weight by August 17th.
So what can i do, to REALLY stay focused on this diet?
I don’t wanna fall back.
Thank You. :)

I am also doing this. Since my goal is to burn fat, I do cardio every day. I drink 6 pints of water a day and have protein w/ every meal. Also fruits and starchy veggies are considered carbs. I don’t eat those after 6 pm. I’ve lost 15 pounds in twenty days and am still dropping. Let me know how it works out for you.

I have been doing this for 5 weeks now. I eat fruit, veg, a few rice crackers (25g) for carbs and a bit of milk (150ml) in my coffee. I lost a stone in the first 2 weeks, then my weight loss went down to only a pound a week. I have no idea why, I only eat about 700 calories a day. I don’t see how I can eat less. I seemed to have reached a plateau. I need to lose another 2 stone, so its annoying as Im practically starving, with little result. I don’t exercise though, perhaps thats the problem.
Id say its a good way to lose a stone quickly, but it doesn’t seem to be a good long term diet plan.

Actually, it is perfectly healthy, as long as you get plenty of protein, which can be found in beans. One way to get by is to add lemon or orange to your water. It flavors it a bit and helps curve your appetite. Go out and buy a multivitamin like centrum and take it twice a day (at breakfast and bed time). Because you’re changing your diet so abruptly, it’s possible for the first few days you might have a headache. It should go away by the 3rd or 4th day. Good luck with your diet! :-)

actually not healthy at all. you need meat and dairy and carbs. protien builds muscle but if you want to not build muscle to be skinny then you need to have high fiber low carb dairy and protien. so lots frutis adn veggies with maybe only have one food a day that is carb protien and dairy. the rest frutis and veggies,.
now the exercise is good. but only for a week. everyday wekk you need to change it so its new to your bodyand you will just lose weight. if you keep it the same your body will adjust and it will be like using the bathroom to it. so everyweek change it. maybe one week run. the next walk. the next bike. the next yogo etc. you see where im going? this way you will see results in no time.
im not sure how much you want to lose but lets say you want to lose 20. it will definatley show! peopel will be like wow you look… but if its something like 5 pounds it might just look like you grew taller so u slimed out a bit

well you also need protein dairy and some carbs but carbs should only be eaten once during the day and within the hour you consume them
