    Keep food out of sight
Food is everywhere – on TV, magazines, shops, petrol stations – and can trigger cravings. At home, keep weakness foods out of sight, or out of the house! Serve meals onto plates rather than from dishes on the table. And steer clear of buffet meals – studies show they encourage us to eat more.

Consuming the right food is important for your health. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it is not only a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss produce, it is a superfood too. There’s a risk free trial offered at http://vulank.wellbeinglive.info I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now and it is definitely having an effect!!

Most people don’t realize how much waste can be trapped inside our bodies. Experts estimate that most people have 10-15 of waste trapped to the inside of their colon walls. Imagine how unhealthy this is with all these toxins sitting inside us. Oprah had a guest on her show that talked about how we need to make sure that we clean our bodies of this rubbish.
