If I were to eat just fruit and vegetables, would I loose any weight?

    Eating fruits and vegtables alone will not help you lose weight.
    You have to eat other types of foods too.
    You must be taking in an appropriate amount of carb, protein and more. Check out food labels and make sure the food you eat is low in fat and calories and has a good amout of protein and carb.
    Also exercise if you can so you can burn some extra calories.

    Um, well that isn’t very healthy… I mean, I suppose you would lose weight, hypothetically, but you’d have to eat such a wide range of vegetables and fruits to get the proper nutrients to be healthy… It’s better to have a balanced diet between fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains :] Combine that with 30 minutes or so of exercise a day (which could be as simple as playing with some little kids, or playing sports, or walking, etc) and you should still lose weight the healthy way! <3

    If you went completely raw which is eating fruits and vegetables but you cant cook them you’ll drop about 10-20 pounds the first month depending on how much you weigh now. But you also have to exercise or you won’t see the results you want.

    Yes, you would, but include beans and legumes for protein. A 30 minute walk every day will help, too.
