My friend told me that if you exercise alot and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, then you’ll get a lighter period. Is that a true fact?

in my experience exercise does. during the spring sports seasons i exercise much more and usually don’t get my period in that like three month window. which was nice but a little scary cause i didn’t know when i’d get it.
it really depends on the person. but most of the time excersize and healthy foods cause lighter periods.and resting actually makes you have cramps becuase it messes with the flow. so excersize will make u have lighter and cramp free periods. and the cod drinks thing is just a myth.
None of those things are true.
