    i think it could slow it down if its the only thing you eat. exersize too and youll have a faster metabolism.

    Yes it does. Almost all fruits and vegtables are negative calorie foods and that means that eating them meand you burn double the calories. For example a stalk of celery is 25 calories so by eating it you burn 50 calories and still take in the nutrients.
    So eat them up:)!!
