How do you think elephants get so big - by eating vegetables.  Although, generally the average American does not include enough vegetables into a balanced low calorie diet, especially green leafy vegetables.</description>

Eating vegetables give you energy but don&#039;t 
let you lose weight.
You should still be eating vegetables for nutrition you
need for the future but you shouldn&#039;t eat them more than
your limit depending on your age.
So that&#039;s why you should be eating vegetables everyday
especially as a young kid and you should really have a glass of milk, 2 slice of cheese (yummy), and 2 serving of fruit or vegetables.</description>
