Just don’t eat too much of them or you will get overweight.
Eating vegetables give you energy but don’t
let you lose weight.
You should still be eating vegetables for nutrition you
need for the future but you shouldn’t eat them more than
your limit depending on your age.
So that’s why you should be eating vegetables everyday
especially as a young kid and you should really have a glass of milk, 2 slice of cheese (yummy), and 2 serving of fruit or vegetables.
well, not exactly, but if u eat veggies instead of fast food, u will lose fat/weight because it dont contain fat!

It’s all about calories. If you eat 4000 calories worth of vegetables and only expend 2500 calories through your metobolic output daily you will still gain wieght. How do you think elephants get so big – by eating vegetables. Although, generally the average American does not include enough vegetables into a balanced low calorie diet, especially green leafy vegetables.
