Does Eating Vegetables Give You Fat ?

I plan on going on a diet, but I love to eat! Is it ok to snack on green vegetables (Lettuce, broccoli etc.) whenever I get hungry ? Or will that increase any amount of fats/sugars ?

Not at all. I’m Vegetarian (trying to be vegan!) And I have never had to worry about my weight or my health (well except when I get the flu…) compared to other people at my school. Vegetables and green stuff help you out a lot energy wise but don’t give you an over dose on calories like that other so called “healthy” stuff. Yup. Contact me if you need anymore info or something.

  • The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less food and workout more often, the difficulties surface when we actually attempt to put that into practice! There are plenty of temptations in the real world aren’t there?! I learned some good advice by checking out the site in the box below, they have plenty of guidance, I worked off 5 pounds by following their tips.

No fat in green veggies, and very little sugars. They’re about the best thing you can eat. Snack away!
