    VERRRY SLOWLY I’d advise exercise as well. Not to mention you’d get sick of just veggies and fruits.

    Again , exercise is not only for good muscles but also good healthy bones. So addon a exercise package to your diet plan and see miracles. Jump Roping is a good option for body toning.

    No. Lack of protein and exercise will actually make you flabbier.
    Edit: so you don’t want muscle. You’d rather have fat flab instead? It’s either one or the other.
