Not for four days.
But most likely for a month.
If you ate fruits and veggies four times everyday for one month, plus a 20-30 min. physical activity, my guess is you can lose at least 6 pounds. Possibly ten lbs.
I am overweight myself but I don’t have the time to do all of this.

if u ate nothing but veggies im sure you might lose like a kg but it all depends on what veggies… you dont need to eat just vegetables to lose weight..
try some of these…
low fat quiche
garden salad
soup is really good
veggie burgers
brown or white rice
baked potato with baked beans is spose to really good for losing weight and its got alot of fiber in it
stir frys with lean beef or chicken
just remember you need to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day.. and get exercise thats whats going to make you lose weight…
and try and avoid
soft drink
alcohol
juice thats got added sugar
cordial
bread
pasta
most dairy products
sweets, cake/lollie/biscuits

Really it can work, but if you still eating vegetables and fruits frequently, it’ll be better. you can also change meat eating fish or chicken if you don’t like fish.
