Can Eating Too Much Raw Vegetables Hurt My Stomach?

For the past 2-3 weeks ive been eating nothing but salads. Raw lettuce, spinach, tomatos, and onions. My sides are just killing me,its not on my back but on the upper right and left sides of my stomach, so can this be caused from eating raw vegetables for the past 2 weeks?
PS- I ate 2-3 salads a day for the last 2 weeks.

Raw vegetables are much harder to digest than cooked vegetables. Some people are allergic to raw vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, tomatoes and even carrots but they are OK with the cooked version. Although tomatoes are normally served and regarded as vegetables they are strictly speaking actually a fruit.

If so, it blows the heckl out of a lot of dieticians’ nutrition theories. I suspect if you’re eating too much onion the acid may be attacking a previous weak spot. The others are pretty innocuous really. Keep us informed. With the price of feed for (non-range) cattle and hogs, you might be the vanguard of a huge movement (no pun intended).

I believe those are your kidneys and as far as i know its not bad for you, but without anything besides uncooked veggies u get no protein and very low to no fat which isn’t good for anything if you gonna stay on that kind of diet try bean paste tofu anything with some protein and a little fat not a nutritionist, but it’s my opinion

maybe your body is detoxing from previous, poor dietary choices. When detoxing your body feels worse before it gets better.

Its probably because of all the pesticides they use on plants these days. eat some good fried chicken and a juicy steak and see if that solves the problem.
