Carrots, cucumber, (any green vegetables) are necessary in a proper diet. If you live on meat and dairy and bread you will have a poor diet, and in the long run, will lead to obesity among other things. You also will have a very poor quality of life because since you don&#039;t get all the required amino acids and minerals and vitamins, you don&#039;t feel as good. Trust me, you need to eat veggies And fruits.</description>

There are lots of vitamins that are hard to get in non-vegetable foods. You may get a decent amount of that stuff in a multivitamin but its never as effective as eating the actual vitamin-containing foods. Also you don&#039;t get 100% of everything you need in a multivitamin. 
Plus vegetables have lots of fiber which is really important because eating good amounts of it prevents stuff like colon cancer. 
Anyway, you should start eating more vegetables or you&#039;ll probably die young. Try looking up some tips people use to trick kids into eating their vegs like shredding and adding them into meatloaf, etc. Or smoothies with some vegs in them? </description>
